Moulin Ruch! Festival of Flight – Jacksaphine Count(r)y Fair 2026

Inspired by France’s legendary Coupe Icare, Moulin Ruch! A Festival of Flight brings a European flair to Applegate Valley wine country. The festival celebrates the joy of  flight with costumed paragliders and hang glider landings, family-friendly ‘Uncorked Cabaret’ entertainment, kite flying, birds-of-prey, model airplane activities for kids, trivia contests, food by Full Moon Crepes, libations, and live music by the Jacksaphine Band! 

Calling all aviators, an admirer of flight, or simply looking for a memorable day out, Moulin Ruch! offers an enchanting blend of flight, fun, and Applegate charm.

This event kicks off a week of events for the Jacksaphine Count(r)y Fair.
